Planning consent granted for Goods Yard

We are delighted to confirm that Planning Consent has been granted for our mixed-use development at The Goods Yard, Tottenham. The scheme was approved by the Planning Inspectorate following a Pubic Inquiry in May 2019, for plans submitted on behalf of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. The project will deliver 316 much-need new homes, commercial space, and both public and private open space, along with the refurbishment and extension of the Locally Listed Station Master’s House to create a new café.

The scheme will kick start regeneration in north Tottenham, building on THFC’s significant investment in the area, and the legacy generated through creation of the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and surrounding developments, which has been a catalyst for wider regeneration in the London Borough of Haringey.
