Three New Family Homes
F3 designed and achieved Planning Consent on a small development of new family homes in north London, which are now complete. The design uses natural stone and timber materials to complement the white render and grey zinc to deliver a contemporary yet sensitive scheme with striking landscaping. A connection with the outdoors throughout the house was key to the design – each home has a seamless link between the living space and a private garden, while a first floor balcony to the master suite provides additional outdoor space and large windows ensure each room is flooded with natural light.
